How does Counselling work?
People choose counselling for a variety of reasons, as there is no such thing as the "typical client" There may be specific issues, situations, feelings, a wish for increased self understanding or a sense of something missing. Perhaps you are having problems in your personal relationships, coming to terms with a loss, or just feeling sad, angry or stressed.
The good news is that whatever the circumstances, we always have the potential to change and create meaningful lives. Through the exploration of anxieties and fears in therapy, it is possible to transform our attitudes, and make quite astonishing changes.
